We are a very friendly company who enjoy talking to customers about their passion for crafting.

We work very closely with all the big, and small, companies in America to ensure that we get all the "new stuff" first. This involves travelling over to the USA twice a year for Trade Shows and meetings.

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and Switch. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Delivery Schedule. We will normally dispatch your order to you within 48 hours, but please allow upto 10/14 days.

We try to keep the website updated as much as possible.
Sometimes items might be out of stock, even if showing in stock. We will inform you as soon as we can, and give you the option to wait or be refunded.
If you need a RUSH order, it is best to CALL your order in rather than e-mail it.

Special orders

If you need something we do not carry, or do not have enough inventory, there may be a possibility to special order for you. Special orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis depending on manufacturer minimum order requirements. Special orders are subject to a 50% non-refundable down payment with the remaining balance due when the order is ready to ship.

We strive to keep as much stock as we can, but sometimes we do run out of certain items.
These items will be shipped to you seperately.

About Us Page

We have 3 employees, 7 Volunteers, 1 boss (Tracey) and 1 who pretends to be (Graham) they are:

Graham - thinks he's the boss, but that title really belongs to......Tracey. Graham calls a spade a spade and does not suffer fools gladly. He hates poor customer service so insists on giving the best service possible to his customers.

Tracey - knows she is the boss. Tracey is constantly sourcing new products that the customers will hopefully love as much as she does. Spends hours every night updating the website, adding new products, replying to customers and spending Graham's money!

Tom - is the latest addition to the company and is learning all about the craft market. From loading the van for shows, to running the shop, to packing orders, to running the stand at craft shows around the country etc etc.

Gill - has been volunteering her time for us for 4 or 5 years. Gill works in the shop and is usually one of the ladies who will answer the phone or make you a cup of tea as you browse around the shop. Gill will also give advice as you browse and has been known to have a natter or two!


Martine (Marlene) - Has just recently joined the team, she has been crafting for 2 years but was also a florist for many years. Martine is loud (very says Graham) & bubbly and has been known to put Graham in his place.


Sandy - Sandy started here as a customer and came in every wednesday, so now when Sandy comes in on a Wednesday, we put her talents to good use. Sandy has been crafting for 10years & has just bought a Pazzles. She is also an avid Tortoise breeder.

Kate - Kate is our resident card maker, who volunteers all her time making most of the cards in the shop & on the gallery. Kate has been crafting for many many years and is an expert in anything Cricut.


Richard - Richard is now the Pazzles Demonstrator who volunteers his time at most shows that we attend. His expert knowledge with this machine is incredable & will move you on leaps & bounds. You can find information about Richard at http://www.cutandcreativity.co.uk/


Barbara - Will be joining us in September and will be doing demo's @ most shows.


Anne is now retired - Also demo's the Pazzles machine and can be found hanging about the shop most of the time.


McOyster - This is our Scottish branch, run by Adrian & Kirsty. This is a Father & Daughter team who volunteer their help at all our Scottish shows. Adrian's speciality is stamping & punching. Kirsty's speicality is the Cuttlebug & Grand Caliber.

Take the first right after approx 500 meters into Laker Road.
Go past Bookers Cash & Carry on your left.
You will then go past a big building called "Halton", turn left immediatly after Halton through a set of black gates.
We are at Unit 11.

M2 - J3
Coast Bound
At the end of the slip road, take the third exit.
At the next roundabout, take the third exit.
Stay in the left hand lane.
At next roundabout, take first exit, towards Borstal - B2097

Missing Items & Damages:

Missing Packages: Missing packages will be replaced as soon as possible.
But we reserve the right to investigate the loss of your package. This may take up to 30 days or more. (We're sorry to have to do this, but too many bad apples have made us come up with this policy)
Damaged packages will be replaced as soon as possible.
Damaged packages should be sign for by the Post office before taking delivery.
we may ask for you to send the damaged items back at your expense before we replace them.

Received an Incorrect Item?

Please check your order carefully when you receive it. We are only human and we do make occasional mistakes. If we sent you an incorrect item, please let us know by e-mail or phone within 5 days of receiving your order. We will pay for the item to be returned to us and send you the correct item as soon as possible.

Returns/Exchanges

Returns of undamaged, unopened items in re-sellable condition will be accepted for Shop CREDIT or EXCHANGE only. Returns for refund May be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

About Pre-orders

Please note if you Pre-order online your Money will be taken when you order.
Pre orders help us determine how much of something we need to order.
We Do force you to buy the item, but if you want to cancel, please let us know as soon as you can so we don't over order.
If you would rather order by phone or email.
That is also fine, no money will be taken until the items ships on Phone orders, but a non refundable deposit will be taken.
